Ningbo hongxie machinery manufacturing co. Ltd. Is established in december 1996 as a sino-american joint venture formed by perfection hy-test company(amember of the marmon group of companies) and beilun vehicle accessories manufacturing company. The company occupies 15,000 square meters of land and 11,000 square meters of construction area. It is made up of five workshops with 220 employees.

The company is specialized in the manufacture of various clutch disc and cover for vehicles. Annual production capacity is 700,000 units and products are mostly for exports. We have customers in uk, europe and the americas.

The company has a strong product development center and the expertise lies within her staff. There are fourteen engineers and technical specialists in the company designing and developing products based on customer requirements using the latest CAD/cam supports. With a strong in-house tool and die making capability, we have successfully designed and launched over 240 new products in the last five years.

Our process is vertically integrated from stamping, heat treatment, electroplating, and assembly. There is a wide variety of production equipment that enables us to meet with different product designs and customer requirements. Our in-process testing capability enables immediately feedback and correction to the process that guarantees that our products can consistently meet the requirements of our customers.

All of our people in the company are committed to continuous improvement. We received the iso9002 registration in 1998, and the qs9000 certification in 2001. OEM Service:
